I engaged Cloudline Media in 2025 to develop a website, including CRM integration and enquiry automation. This involved sharing product information and giving them access to commercially sensitive aspects of my business.

My main concern arose when I discovered a competing website and questioned whether information gained through our working relationship had been used for that offering. I raised this directly with Joe Crane by email, as yet I have received no response. The concern remains unresolved.

I would have expected clearer ownership and exit arrangements at the outset, and a substantive response to my concerns about confidentiality and trust.

This experience has left me disappointed and without confidence in the relationship. Based on my experience, I would advise prospective customers to obtain clear written terms covering website ownership, access, confidentiality and transfer costs before proceeding.
